AGM 2025:
The Board of NICHI was pleased to conduct an open Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025. The meeting had a healthy number of members attaining quorum. The business of NICHI was conducted to update bylaws, amend quorum requirements for the future, table the unqualified opinion of the Audited Financial Statements and appoint the firm of MNP to be the NICHI auditors for the upcoming 2025-2026 period. There were no elections at the meeting as Directors agreed to finish their terms over the upcoming year. Nominations had not included other new nominations for election and the process to seek new persons to represent a NICHI member organization as Board of Director members will be opened again later in 2026.
