{"id":13082,"date":"2023-04-14T10:48:05","date_gmt":"2023-04-14T14:48:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nichi.ca\/about\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T15:51:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T19:51:31","slug":"a-propos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nichi.ca\/fr\/a-propos\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c0 propos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1>\n\t\t\t\t<\/h1>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tPr\u00eat pour le changement, pr\u00eat \u00e0 g\u00e9rer \t<\/h2>\n\t<p>NICHI rassemble \u00ab\u00a0autour d&rsquo;une m\u00eame table\u00a0\u00bb les organisations de logement, de lutte contre l&rsquo;itin\u00e9rance et les organisations li\u00e9es au logement qui repr\u00e9sentent les Autochtones ne vivant pas sur les terres de r\u00e9serve des Premi\u00e8res Nations. Finalement, NICHI contribue \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les services offerts aux Autochtones dans le besoin au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2013, les organisations autochtones urbaines, rurales et nordiques, y compris le <a href=\"https:\/\/chra-achru.ca\/fr\/a-propos-du-caucus-autochtone\/\">Caucus autochtone de<\/a> l&rsquo;Association canadienne d&rsquo;habitation et de r\u00e9novation urbaine\u00a0(ACHRU) et d&rsquo;autres, se sont engag\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler pendant des dizaines d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es avec et pour les Autochtones dans le domaine du logement et des services int\u00e9gr\u00e9s. Le 25\u00a0novembre\u00a02022, le groupe de travail du Caucus a accept\u00e9 de participer \u00e0 une coalition pour le logement autochtone par les Autochtones afin de d\u00e9fendre et de faire progresser de mani\u00e8re transparente le logement en tant que droit de la personne pour tous les Autochtones vivant dans des collectivit\u00e9s urbaines, rurales et nordiques au Canada. Ce jour-l\u00e0, ils ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/chra-achru.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/URN-Declaration-Nov-23-2022_FR.pdf%23:~:text=Le%20rapport%20du%20Groupe%20de%20travail%20sur%20le,milieux%20URN%20et%20dans%20la%20lutte%20%C3%A0%20l%E2%80%99itin%C3%A9rance.\">d\u00e9claration pour le logement en milieu URN<\/a> et Logement Coop\u00e9ratif National Autochtone Inc.\u00a0(NICHI) a vu le jour.<\/p>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nichi.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/teepee-3495990-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"tipi\" height=\"1716\" width=\"2560\" title=\"teepee-3495990\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n<figure itemscope itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nichi.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_50384385-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"northern \" height=\"1920\" width=\"2560\" title=\"image_50384385\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" loading=\"lazy\" \/>\n\t<\/figure>\n\t<p>NICHI a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en plus de la strat\u00e9gie nationale sur le logement annonc\u00e9e en novembre\u00a02017, une strat\u00e9gie et un centre \u00ab\u00a0Pour les Autochtones, par les Autochtones\u00a0\u00bb sont n\u00e9cessaires. Cette strat\u00e9gie comprend les mesures suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Incorporer une entit\u00e9 nationale de logement autochtone URN pour atteindre des objectifs collectifs, g\u00e9rer et contr\u00f4ler les fonds allou\u00e9s qui seront utilis\u00e9s pour fournir des logements et du soutien au logement aux Autochtones;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Collaborer les uns avec les autres par le biais de la structure organisationnelle nationale afin de fournir des logements aux Autochtones en milieux urbains, ruraux et nordiques;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Travailler ensemble pour compiler les recherches, \u00e9laborer des strat\u00e9gies de communication en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;avancement de la strat\u00e9gie de logement en milieux urbains, ruraux et nordiques;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Identifier, d\u00e9velopper et d\u00e9fendre conjointement les initiatives prioritaires sur lesquelles les signataires s&rsquo;accordent mutuellement;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Reconna\u00eetre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir des partenariats avec les gouvernements, les municipalit\u00e9s et les gouvernements autochtones, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec d&rsquo;autres parties, afin de favoriser l&rsquo;offre de logements pour les Autochtones vivant en milieux urbains, ruraux et nordiques;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Prendre des d\u00e9cisions conjointement avec les organisations partenaires lorsque cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu collectivement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/nichi.ca\/membership\/\"  target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDevenir membre\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tVision, mission et valeurs\t<\/h2>\n\t<p><b>VISION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les Autochtones de partout au Canada auront acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des aides et \u00e0 des services leur permettant de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un logement s\u00e9curitaire, abordable, stable et d\u00e9cent.<\/p>\n<p><b>MISSION<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Apporter des solutions durables pour am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un logement abordable et mettre fin \u00e0 l&rsquo;itin\u00e9rance pour les Autochtones vivant en milieu urbain, rural ou nordique par le biais de la recherche, de la d\u00e9fense des droits, de partenariats et du soutien aux fournisseurs de logements pour la construction de maisons.<\/p>\n<p><b>VALEURS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Relations\u00a0:<\/b> Nous savons que chaque communaut\u00e9 et chaque projet est unique.
